Andy Williamson

Andy Williamson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andy is currently working at Eastern Bank as the Senior Vice President and Deposit Accounts & Services Director, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Eastern Bank as the Vice President of Deposit Operations from April 2020 to March 2023.

Before joining Eastern Bank, Andy worked at Aegon as the Operations Manager from July 2018 to April 2020. During their time there, they achieved significant contributions across the retail remediation program of work and was awarded the Aegon CEO award. Andy also transformed the ex Cofunds complaint function, effectively increasing its performance rate.

Prior to Aegon, Andy had roles at Nationwide Building Society and Lloyds Banking Group. At Nationwide Building Society, they served as a Customer Complaint Handler, investigating and resolving customer complaints. At Lloyds Banking Group, they worked as a Process Specialist, focusing on process improvement and reducing operational costs using Lean methodology, and as a Mortgage Service Consultant, providing support to telephony agents and managing customer accounts.

In addition to their professional career, Andy also has experience as a Program Director at Agassiz Village Summer Camp, where they were responsible for a team of program staff and organizing large events.

Overall, Andy Williamson has extensive experience in banking and customer service, demonstrating their ability to lead teams, improve operations, and deliver a high level of customer experience.

Andy Williamson attended Edinburgh College from 2010 to 2014, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. In addition to their college education, they obtained two additional certifications: a Prince 2 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2017, and a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt (LBBP) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in February 2020.
