Jennifer Iocco

Jennifer Iocco has a diverse work experience history. Jennifer started their career in 2003 as a Sr. Training Specialist at Eastern Bank and worked there until 2007. Jennifer then joined Eastern Bank again in 2008 as a Sr. Retail Information Analyst - Officer and continued until 2011. Jennifer also worked at North Shore Community College from an unspecified start date in 2011 until March 2016, where they held the position of Adjunct Professor and Corporate Trainer. Following this, they worked as a Career Consultant at Keystone Associates from an unspecified start date until April 2016. Jennifer returned to Eastern Bank in 2016 and took on the role of AVP, Retail Digital Delivery Analyst until October 2019. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Learning and Development Program Manager at Eastern Bank.

Jennifer Iocco began their education at the University of Central Florida in 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science / Education. Jennifer completed their undergraduate studies in 2000. After some time, Jennifer enrolled at Endicott College in 2004, earning a Masters of Education with a focus on Organization Management in 2006.

In 2017, Jennifer attended the CBA - Executive Banking School, where they obtained a Certificate of completion. Jennifer'stime at the school lasted until 2019.

Most recently, in 2023, Jennifer completed the Project Management Professional course offered by the Project Management Institute. Jennifer received the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), which is aligned with their field of study in Project Management.
