Katerina Papp

Katerina Papp has extensive work experience in the field of banking and finance. Katerina started their career in 2004 as a Credit Analyst in the Commercial Credit Department at Eastern Bank. Katerina then progressed to the role of Portfolio Manager in the Commercial Banking Group before becoming a Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking Group, where they managed a diverse portfolio of middle market commercial customers and handled commercial loan workouts. In 2010, they were promoted to Credit Analysis Group Manager / Vice President in the Commercial Credit Department, where they managed and trained a team of credit analysts and coordinated the underwriting activities of the department. In 2012, they were promoted again to the position of Commercial Credit Director / Senior Vice President, overseeing various areas including commercial underwriting, loan approvals, credit policies, and underwriting guidelines. Their responsibilities also included risk management, credit training programs, and credit due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, they were promoted to the role of Senior Credit Officer / Director / SVP, where they continue to oversee the Commercial Credit Department and Risk Analytics Group at Eastern Bank. Prior to joining Eastern Bank, Katerina Papp gained experience as an Analyst intern at Trudeau & Trudeau Associates in 2003.

Katerina Papp completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 1998 to 2002. Katerina then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Suffolk University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they attended CBA/BAI Graduate School of Bank Management, where they earned a Graduate Certificate in Bank Management.
