Lydia Gyurina

Lydia Gyurina has a diverse work experience. Lydia worked as a Customer Service Associate at Eastern Bank starting in 2022. From 2020 to 2023, they were a Studio Assistant at Steve Gyurina Photography and Artopia Giclée, where they were responsible for photographing and color-correcting fine art and historical documents, servicing a printer, and packaging prints and framed images. In the same company, they also worked as a Digital Artist and Project Manager from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Lydia worked as a Freelance Artist and Designer from 2020 to 2023. Lydia has been a Visual Artist since 1998, constantly creating and thinking of new ideas. Additionally, Lydia has experience as a Motion and Graphic Designer from 2020 to 2022. Lydia also worked as a Documentary Film Assistant at Fur & Splendor Films from 2020 to 2021, creating animations and illustrations for various projects. Lydia also worked as a Student Assistant at VCU Libraries from 2018 to 2020, a Production and Marketing Assistant at Skillman Video Group, LLC in 2019, and a Sales Clerk at Savers | Value Village from 2017 to 2019. Lydia gained further experience as a Research Assistant at the Virtual Curation Lab in 2018.

Lydia Gyurina completed their Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in 2020. During their time at the university, they specialized in Kinetic Imaging and minored in Creative Writing.
