Flora Hepp

Flora Hepp is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, clinical research, and education. As the Director of Operations at Buzzed for Biotech since January 2024, Flora oversees high-impact networking events and mentors a dedicated team to foster collaboration in the biotech community. Flora has also been a Data Associate at the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group since November 2021, ensuring the quality control of patient data. Previous roles include Clinical Research Coordinator I at Ora, Inc., Research Assistant at Boston Children's Hospital, and undergraduate researcher at Boston College. Flora holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Boston College and is currently a candidate for a Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Additional experience includes various positions in lifeguarding and swim instruction.
