Amani al-Otaibi

Amani Al-Otaibi holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Open University in Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Dammam University, along with a diploma in Computer Programming. Amani has extensive experience in talent development and management, currently serving as Chief of Talent Development, Talent Management, and Organization Development & Change Management at Eastern Health Cluster since August 2019. Previously, Amani held leadership roles at King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam, including Head of the Career Development and Saudization Department, and has also worked as an English teacher and in administrative positions at various institutions. Amani is certified with CM, C-KPIP, C-BSC, and holds an Associate CIPD designation.
