Omar al Saqer

Omar Al Saqer, MA, is an experienced professional in medical ethics and legal affairs, currently serving as the Chief of Medical Complaints and Investigations at Eastern Health Cluster since October 2020. In addition to leading the management of medical complaints and investigations, Omar is a member of the subcommittee focused on governance for health practitioners and serves as an alternate member of the Job Discipline Committee. Formerly, Omar held various roles at King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam, including positions on the Ethics Committee and Forms Committee. Omar's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Medical Ethics and Palliative Care Law from Keele University and a Bachelor of Laws from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
