Reyouf al Azmi

Reyouf Al Azmi currently serves as the Chief Infection Prevention and Control at Eastern Health Cluster since May 2019, where responsibilities include developing infection prevention policies and establishing surveillance systems for infectious diseases. Previously, Al Azmi held the position of Executive Director of Infection Control at Eastern Health Cluster, overseeing infection analysis activities across twenty-two healthcare institutes. Al Azmi's experience includes serving as Director of the Infection Prevention and Control Department at King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam and coordinating national infection control efforts for the Ministry of Health in collaboration with Joint Commission International. Educational qualifications include a Global Executive Program from the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Master of Biomedical Sciences in Infection Control from Alfaisal University, a JCI Infection Prevention and Control Diploma, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
