Lance Wallace

Lance Wallace is the current Director at Eastern Health. Prior to this, they were the Technical Supply Chain Manager -Immunohematology at Grifols from September 2016 to August 2018. In this role, they were responsible for conducting all North American GDS IH inbound Planning/Buying activities from multiple European production facilities (Instruments, Reagents, Spare Parts) as well as USDA / FDA / Customs clearance. Lance also facilitated persistent contact with BCN regarding production lead times, multiple batch quantities, FDA clearance and scrap mitigation, and escalated delays as needed.

Lance has a proven track record of successfully managing supply chains and ensuring product availability to support sales forecasts and customer service levels. Lance is an expert in project management, shut down schedules and incremental orders with the objective of maintaining supply continuity. Lance also has a strong background in cost accounting and financial analysis. In addition to their work in supply chain management, Lance has also represented SCM on key development projects, new product launches and clinical trials.

Lance Wallace has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSUH and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from CSUEB.
