Shannon Wight

Shannon Wight is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Eastern Health since February 2019. With prior roles including Clinical Service Director for Alfred Health's Heart and Lung Program and Operations Director/Director of Nursing at Monash Medical Centre, Shannon has a proven track record in managing complex clinical services and leading large nursing teams. As a Board Director for The Good Life Farm, Shannon contributes to programs aimed at providing life skills to at-risk youth. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Monash Business School and nursing degrees from Deakin University and Monash University.
