Ariel True

Ariel True has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ariel started their career as an ACUHO-I Summer Intern at Plymouth State University, where they assisted with student orientation and researched communication practices and sustainable initiatives. Ariel then worked at the Illinois Institute of Technology as an Operations Assistant and Senior Resident Advisor, managing data, providing customer service, and mentoring other Resident Advisors. Ariel also held the role of Community Desk Assistant (CDA) Team Leader at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they scheduled CDAs and maintained desk supplies. At Groupon, they worked as a Sales Intelligence Analyst and Lead Generation Coordinator, identifying potential businesses and ensuring follow-up with merchants. In their most recent role at Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc., Ariel worked as an Innovation Coordinator and Innovation Manager, leading marketing teams, developing marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance. Ariel eventually became the Director of Branding & Communication, where they oversaw the development and refinement of the brand's messages and creative designs, served as a primary marketing point of contact, and acted as a mentor to branding and communication personnel.

Ariel True completed their high school education at Liberal High School from 2003 to 2007, earning a H.S. Diploma. Subsequently, they enrolled at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from 2007 to 2011. Ariel also obtained a Professional Certificate of Innovative Distribution from Purdue University in June 2017.
