Frank Kubala

Adjunct Professor at Eastern Kentucky University

Frank Kubala is an experienced educator and training director with a robust background in law enforcement training and policy development. As an Adjunct Professor at Eastern Kentucky University since January 2003, Frank teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses related to Homeland Security. Over a career spanning from June 1998 to April 2024 at the Department of Criminal Justice Training, Frank held various leadership positions, including Director of Training Operations, where oversight was provided for the training of approximately 12,000 students annually. Frank's earlier roles included responsibilities in auditing law enforcement agencies and serving as a key advisor in the Commissioner's Office. Frank holds a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership & Policy Studies and a Master’s Degree in Safety & Security, both from Eastern Kentucky University.
