Samuel Roy

Samuel Roy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Strategic PMO Manager at Eastern Melbourne PHN since September 2022. Prior to this role, Samuel held various positions at EY from 2018 to August 2022, focusing on large business transformation and strategy as a Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Earlier career experience includes the role of Project Analyst at Oaktree, where contribution to a government-sponsored project resulted in 35 submissions, exceeding initial targets. Samuel also worked at Impetus Consulting Group as a Project Analyst, progressing to a project consultant role that enabled a micro-finance start-up to expand into five new schools. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Economics, both from Monash University.
