Susan Rice

Susan Rice is an experienced health program manager with a strong background in chronic and complex conditions, aged care, and environmental health. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Chronic and Complex Conditions at Eastern Melbourne PHN since August 2015, Susan has also held leadership roles focused on aged care and emergency department diversions at Eastern Melbourne Medicare Local. With previous experience as a Youth, Drug and Alcohol, and Mental Health Program Manager at Eastern Ranges GP Association, and as Team Leader for Environmental Health and Strategic Health Planner at the City of Casey and Cardinia Shire, Susan brings a comprehensive understanding of health service delivery. Susan holds a Master’s Degree in Health Science from Deakin University and dual bachelor's degrees in Applied Science Environmental Health from Swinburne University of Technology.
