Cherelle Johnson M.S.Ed, SHRM-CP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and human resources. Currently, Cherelle serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministries and Human Resources Specialist & Leadership Institute Director at Divine Unity Community Church. Additionally, Cherelle is an instructor at Eastern Mennonite University, focusing on courses in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. As the Founder and President of IronDresses, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to women's empowerment, Cherelle demonstrates a commitment to community service. Previous roles include adjunct instructor at James Madison University and various positions within James Madison University, including graduate assistant and admissions counselor. Cherelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a Master of Science in Education, and is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Regent University.
