Andrea Novak

Andrea Novak, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Eastern Metal Supply, Inc. since October 2021, and previously held the role of Payroll Manager. Before this, Andrea was the Global HR Manager at ClockSpring|NRI from May 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included partnering with management on staffing needs, sourcing candidates, and handling onboarding processes. Earlier in career, Andrea worked as a Payroll Accountant at Laird Plastics from May 2008 to May 2016, managing payroll for over 800 employees across 80 U.S. locations. Educational qualifications include completing a 10-week SHRM Preparation Course at Palm Beach Community College and obtaining an Associate of Arts degree from the same institution. Additionally, Andrea is an active Florida Registered Notary Public.
