Philip E. Paule

Philip E. Paule was re-elected to another four-year term in 2014. He has been a board member since 2007 and has worked at various levels of government for more than 20 years.

Mr. Paule served as Board President from 2013-2014 and is on the board’s Administrative Committee as well as the Ad Hoc Committee for the Lake Hemet Municipal Water District. He also serves as a liaison with Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District and the Soboba Tribal Committee as well as the EMWD representative to the Hemet/San Jacinto Watermaster.

He resides in French Valley with his wife and two sons.

His EMWD board term expires in January 2023.
