Joshua Franklin

Joshua Franklin is a seasoned professional in the esports industry, currently serving as the Director of Esports at Eastern University since March 2021, overseeing and managing the university's esports program. Previous experience includes coaching roles at Arcadia University as the Head Overwatch and League of Legends Coach and at Lebanon Valley College as an Assistant Coach, where responsibilities included optimizing player development and fostering competitive environments. Joshua Franklin also contributed to research on the effects of video games on social relationships at The Pennsylvania State University, Berks Campus. An academic background in Applied Psychology was obtained from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks, complemented by earlier studies at Muhlenberg College. Prior to involvement in esports, Joshua Franklin worked at GIANT Food Stores, LLC, as a Bakery Associate, focusing on customer service and food safety.
