Randolph W. Walters

Special Assistant to the President for Diversity, Equity & Belonging at Eastern University

Dr. Randolph Walters serves as Special Assistant to the President for Diversity, Equity and Belonging. He previously served as Faculty Senate Moderator. He is Associate Professor of Graduate Counseling & Psychology and has served Eastern since 1995 after graduating in the first graduating class in Eastern’s Master’s in Counseling Program. Dr.Walters earned a Master’s degree in Theological Studies (MTS) with a concentration in Missiology from Palmer Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University. Dr. Walters is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), a Certified Specialist in Anger Management (CSAM), and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. He has 25+ years of clinical experience and is Founder and Director of Randolph Walters & Associates, LLC, a private counseling practice in Philadelphia. He is a mental health provider for the University of Pennsylvania Behavioral Health System.
