Jeffrey Paquin

Jeffrey Paquin began their career in 2007 as General Manager of Eberspaecher, where they stabilized the Brighton location and directed the development and launch of a new facility in Wixom. In 2011, they left the automotive industry and co-owned and managed a farm-to-table restaurant in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In 2015, they re-entered the manufacturing sector as Plant Manager of US Manufacturing. In 2016, they were recruited to Flex-N-Gate as General Manager, where they lifted the company's Ford Q1 rating from 40s to 90s. In 2017, they were brought in as General Manager of JAC Products to run operations and mature the three business units that made up the Saline, Michigan campus. In 2019, they were recruited to Roechling Automotive - Americas as Chief Operating Officer/Senior Director Operations-Americas Region to stabilize the region. Jeffrey is currently Chief Operating Officer of Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC.

Jeffrey Paquin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern Michigan University.
