Lisa Gardner has a diverse background in various roles, including Quality Control Manager, Direct Care Staff, and Senior Creative Artist. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana, Lisa oversees the development and implementation of privacy and security policies. Lisa has also held positions such as Director of Strategic Outcomes and Balanced Scorecards, Quality Improvement Coordinator, and HIPAA Compliance Officer. With a BA in Fine/Commercial Art from the University of St Francis and an MLS focusing on anthropology and healthcare from Purdue University Fort Wayne, Lisa brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role.
