Darryl Williamson

Darryl Williamson has extensive experience in management and diversity affairs, currently serving as the Manager of Career Pathways at Easterseals Work Resource Center since March 2010, overseeing programs such as YouthBuild USA and the Second Chance Re-entry program. Previously, Darryl was the Assistant Director of Diversity Affairs at Miami University of Ohio, where significant contributions included the development of a multicultural diversity retention program and rebranding the Center of Black Cultural Learning. Darryl also served as the Diversity Director and Assistant to the Admission Director at St. Xavier High School, focusing on multicultural student recruitment and retention. Earlier in the career, Darryl held positions such as Key Account Manager at ProLine/Soft and Beautiful and Promotional Coordinator at Carson Products. Darryl's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cincinnati.
