Michael Wirth-Davis

Board Member at Easterseals

Dr. Michael Wirth-Davis, DPA, is president and CEO of Goodwill-Easterseals Minnesota. He has led the $100+ million organization since November of 1990 and has more than 35 years of experience in nonprofit and community leadership.

Michael holds a doctorate in public administration and management from Hamline University and has completed Executive Education Programs at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and Georgetown University. His areas of interest and expertise include ethics, board governance, strategic planning, organizational development, leadership and management, public policy, and international rehabilitation.

He has held national leadership roles for Goodwill Industries International (GII) and Easterseals throughout his career and currently serves as faculty for GII’s Executive Development Program, focusing on ethics. His international leadership includes service on the Workability International Board of Directors.

In addition to his position as an adjunct faculty member at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, he is a member of the School’s Future Services Institute. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Hamline University’s School of Business Graduate Program in Nonprofit Management.
