Andrew Allocca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and project management. Currently serving at Eastlight Community Homes since January 2015, Andrew has held multiple roles including CfPAC (Coaching for Performance Accredited Coach), Head of Development (Delivery & Aftercare), and New Business & Project Manager. Prior experience includes work as Regeneration Project Delivery Manager at Harlow Council and Director at Code eco Consulting. Andrew's career began with Circle Anglia, where a decade was spent as Development Manager in Construction Services. Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Youth & Community Work from Havering College and has foundational education from Cardinal Wiseman.
