Matt Black is a seasoned professional in the social impact sector with extensive experience in resident experience, social innovation, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Resident Experience and Service Design at Peabody since March 2024, Matt leads teams focused on integrating resident insights and service design to prioritize resident needs. Previously, as Head of Social Innovation and Resident Design at Eastlight Community Homes, Matt developed the All In Community incubator to empower local individuals in creating social ventures.
