Nicole Smith has a strong background in housing and sales, currently serving as the Head of Housing at Eastlight Community Homes since March 2011. In addition to this role, Nicole has held positions such as Head of Sales, Shared Ownership Sales Co-Ordinator, and Neighbourhood Support Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this, Nicole gained supervisory experience at Playtex Products from September 2007 to June 2010. Nicole's education includes time at Colchester Sixth Form from 2007 to 2008 and completion at Notley High School from 2001 to 2007.
