Chris Jones

Chris Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT. Chris started their career in 1998 as a Software Installation Engineer at Tricom Communications, where they gained valuable customer-facing skills and hands-on experience with various IT systems. In 2002, they joined Mondial Assistance as an IT/Telecom Analyst. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an ICT Consultant at Newport and Gwent Enterprise, providing consultancy services and implementing IT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. Since 2005, they have been working at Solutia UK Ltd as the Site IT Lead.

Chris Jones completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) in IT Management from Newport University in the years 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a 2:2 Hons degree in Technology Management from Oxford Brookes University between 1994 and 1998. Chris also has additional certifications in Service Desk Manager SDI and ITIL foundation.
