Crystal Keith

Crystal Keith has extensive experience in quality control and production scheduling, currently serving as the Team Manager for Quality Control at Eastman Chemical Company since September 2011. Prior to this role, Crystal held the position of Master Production Scheduler at SOLUTIA INC from May 2005 to August 2011, where responsibilities included processing demand and scheduling production based on process capability and machine capacity. Earlier in Crystal's career, the role of International Customer Service Representative was fulfilled at Solutia Inc., focusing on servicing accounts in regions including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia from March 1999 to April 2005. Crystal holds an Associate's degree in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary from Patrick & Henry Community College, completed between 2011 and 2013.
