Els Kuys

Els Kuys currently serves as the GHSES Audit and Environmental Affairs Manager for EMEA at Eastman Chemical Company, a position held since July 2012, and also functions as an Environmental Lead. Previous experience includes serving as an Environmental Lead at Solutia N.V. from 2009 to October 2019 and a similar role at Solutia Inc. from January 1996 to July 2008. Early career roles include various engineering and supervisory positions at Monsanto from November 1983 to December 1995, as well as a trainee position at TAM Yugoslavia in 1981. Els Kuys holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Ghent University, completed between 1978 and 1983, and furthered education at Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven' in 2008-2009.
