Johan Rousseau

Johan Rousseau has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Johan started their career at Monsanto in 1991, where they held various roles such as Maintenance Engineer, E&I Coordinator, Team Lead Maintenance, and Team Lead RB Resin Unit. Johan then progressed to become a Business Unit Leader for Resin Operations and later served as a Purchasing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and New Business Development Manager. In 2008, they joined Solutia as a Plant Manager and held that position until 2012. Currently, Rousseau is employed by Eastman Chemical Company, where they have held several roles including Director of Operations Excellence, Director of Manufacturing Optimization, and Director of Global Alkylamines Operations. Johan is currently working as the Vice President of Operations for Additives & Functional Products at Eastman Chemical Company.

Johan Rousseau completed an Advanced Management Program at Vlerick Business School in 2002-2003. Prior to this, from 1985 to 1989, they pursued an Engineering Masters Degree at KU Leuven.
