Demond Whitehead

Demond Whitehead possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Program Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation since February 2017. Previously, Demond held positions as a Human Resources Benefits Administrator at the Texas Workforce Commission from June 2014 to February 2017 and as a Human Resources Specialist with the City of Austin for a brief period in early 2014. Demond's career in human resources began in the US Army, where responsibilities included serving as a Human Resources Manager from January 2008 to February 2014. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, both earned at Columbia Southern University, along with a high school diploma from Woodland Hills Senior High.
