Penelope Sur

Penelope Sur has an extensive work experience, starting in 2008 with L'Oréal as an HR Manager. Penelope then held various positions within the company, including Director of Training and Development, Director of Learning Operations Americas, and Assistant Vice President of Talent Development & Learning Operations Americas. In these roles, Penelope implemented talent development strategies, led leadership assessment and development programs, and restructured learning organizations. Penelope also worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at MONARCH INTERNATIONAL LLC before joining Centric Brands as the Head of Training and Talent Development in 2020. Penelope then moved on to become the VP of Talent at DICK'S Sporting Goods, and is currently working as the Global VP of Talent at Eastman Chemical since 2024.
