Scott Ballard

Scott Ballard has a strong background in operations and management, with experience in various industries. Scott is currently working as a Principal Chemical Engineer at Eastman since February 2022. Before joining Eastman, Scott worked as an Operations Manager at Solenis from May 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Consultant and later as Assistant Superintendent at Domtar from November 2020 to May 2021 and from February 2018 to October 2020, respectively.
