RL Rajan Ramdas has worked for Gulf Garment in Bahrain, Embee Int'l Dubai, and EPIC Hong Kong as a Merchandising Manager. In 2014, they joined Eastman Exports as a DMM (Marketing & Business Development).

RL Rajan Ramdas attended St. Joseph's College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
