Clay B Stamp NRP has a diverse background in emergency services and disaster management. Currently serving as the County Manager for Talbot County Government, overseeing all agencies and department heads. Previously held roles as Director of Emergency Services and Assistant County Manager. Experience includes working with FEMA as a Reservist on the Hurricane Liaison Team and serving as Deputy Director at the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems. Prior to that, served in various emergency management roles for the Town of Ocean City. Holds an Associate of Arts degree from Wor-Wic Community College. Notable achievements include establishing comprehensive emergency management programs and fostering consensus among stakeholders.
Talbot County Government
Talbot County is located in the heart of Maryland's Eastern Shore. Founded around 1661, it's named for Lady Grace Talbot, sister of Lord Baltimore and the first proprietary governor of Maryland.
