John J. Horner, Jr.

With over 30 years of industry experience, John is the Executive Vice President & COO and is responsible for implementing policies and spearheading the overall operational plan for Easton Utilities. Prior to joining Easton Utilities, Mr. Horner held various senior level positions with Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE). He serves on the boards for the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce, the Tidewater Rotary, and the Friends of Hospice. Mr. Horner graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering and holds an MBA from Loyola College. He is a 2018 graduate of Shore Leadership and a 2021 graduate of Leadership Maryland.
