Mark Yeoman

Mark Yeoman has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mark is currently serving as an Independent Director at EastPack Limited since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Warehouse Group as the Chief Operating Officer from May 2018 to February 2020, and as the Group CFO from December 2014 to September 2018. Before that, they held the position of Group CFO at New Zealand Post from September 2009 to December 2014. Mark also worked as the CFO at Airways New Zealand from September 2004 to August 2009, and as the CEO - Managing Director at SamoaTel from July 2001 to June 2004. In addition, they co-founded and served as the CEO of a tech startup from January 1999 to April 2000. Mark's earlier experience includes roles such as GM Victoria at ZIVO - web development from February 1999 to September 1999, CIO and Ecommerce Manager at Solution 6 from March 1997 to January 1999, and GM e-Commerce at Telecom New Zealand from 1994 to 1997. Mark began their career as a Financial Management Consultant at Deloitte from January 1991 to February 1994.

Mark Yeoman's education history includes completing the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at INSEAD in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Victoria University of Wellington from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a BCA degree with a focus on Accounting, Commercial Law, and Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Mark Yeoman also holds several certifications. Mark obtained their FCPA certification from CPA Australia in January 2014. In January 2008, they became a Chartered Member (MInstD) through the Institute of Directors in New Zealand. Mark also obtained their CA certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in January 1994.
