Nancy Navarro

Nancy Navarro has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nancy currently works at Eastridge Workforce Solutions as the Director of Strategic Program Operations, CPM. In this role, they oversee and develops strategies for various departments such as Project Management Office, Supplier Engagement, and Program Quality. Nancy also serves as a project manager for new implementations and collaborates with client and technology project leadership.

Prior to their current role, Nancy worked as an Implementation Manager at Eastridge Workforce Solutions and as a Strategic Delivery Manager at Adecco Medical & Science. Nancy has also held positions such as Sr. Business Development Director at Adecco Medical & Science and Director of Client Services in the Renewable Energy Division at Eastridge.

Throughout their career, Nancy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and driving growth and development. Nancy has experience in various industries including healthcare, recruitment, and manufacturing.

Nancy Navarro attended San Diego State University from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Business. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame Academy from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their education, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2023.
