Rob Miller

Rob Miller currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of EastRise Credit Union following the merger of NEFCU and VSECU in 2023, leading to the formation of EastRise Credit Union in 2024. Additionally, Rob serves on the Board of Directors for The Norfolk & Dedham Group and EastRise Services, Inc., the latter being a wholly-owned subsidiary of EastRise Credit Union. Past roles include Chief Executive Officer of VSECU, Chair of the Finance Committee for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, and significant positions in business development at Conning and Dwight Asset Management. Rob Miller's early career included key roles in Vermont's state government and at Citi, with a solid educational foundation from the University of Vermont.
