Gerald Shepherd Kröon

Executive Director at Eastside Legal Assistance Program

Gerald Shepherd Kröon has held significant leadership roles across diverse industries, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Eastside Legal Assistance Program since November 2015. Previously, Kröon was a member of the Board of Directors at West Quoddy Airlines from June 2011 to February 2020, contributing to an airplane leasing and management company. Kröon co-owned and managed The Knead and Feed restaurant on Whidbey Island, Washington, from its founding in 1974 until October 2019. Additionally, a notable tenure at Thomas James International from July 1997 to April 2011 included serving as Vice President and Board Member, where innovative government contracting strategies led to $75 million in new business. Educational qualifications include a BPA in Public Administration, Economics, and Mathematics from Seattle University, an AIMs in Aerospace from the UW Foster School of Business, and an LMC in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Kentucky.
