Chung Yuh Ang, CFA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry.

Chung Yuh currently holds the position of Senior Credit Analyst at Eastspring Investments, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Client Portfolio Manager for fixed income strategies from January 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they effectively communicated the strategies, processes, and performances of fixed income strategies to institutional and retail audiences. Chung Yuh also produced content to support sales, marketing, and account management activities and worked closely with the Investment team.

Before joining Eastspring Investments, Chung Yuh Ang worked at iFAST Financial Pte Ltd from 2017 to 2020. Chung Yuh started as a Senior Fixed Income Analyst in August 2017, where they managed the fixed income research team and provided regular updates and coverage of issuers to clients and partners. Later, they became the Manager of the Fixed Income Division in January 2019, responsible for growing the bond business in Singapore.

Prior to iFAST Financial Pte Ltd, Chung Yuh Ang worked at Phillip Capital Management (S) Ltd. Chung Yuh started as an Assistant Manager in Risk Management & Compliance in February 2014, where they implemented and monitored financial regulations and established risk control processes for new products. Chung Yuh then worked as an Investment Analyst, providing research and analysis for equities and fixed income, before becoming an Assistant Fund Manager responsible for identifying and implementing investment ideas.

Chung Yuh'searlier experience includes working as a Research Analyst at the Risk Management Institute (National University of Singapore) from 2013 to 2014, focusing on quantitative and qualitative analysis of global credit markets. Chung Yuh also worked as a Senior Loan Administrator at HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd from 2010 to 2012.

Throughout their career, Chung Yuh Ang has demonstrated strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of fixed income markets.

Chung Yuh Ang, CFA, holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Biochemistry, which was obtained from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed A Levels in Science at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Chung Yuh Ang obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in April 2017.
