David Liau has extensive work experience in infrastructure project management and leadership roles. David started their career at Credit Suisse as the APAC IT Datacenter Facilities Manager in 2007 before moving on to UBS as an Associate Director in Datacenter Services. David then worked at Pfizer as a Datacenter Project Manager in the Worldwide Technology Infrastructure team. After that, they joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Business as an Infrastructure Project Manager in Global Banking & Markets. David then transitioned to Barclays as a Regional Connectivity Project Manager in Global Technology Infrastructure & Services. In 2012, they joined Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as a Regional Project Manager in Regional Infrastructure and Operations. In 2015, they worked at UBS again as a Datacenter Project Manager in Datacenter Services. David then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Infrastructure Project Manager in the Chief Technology Organization. Subsequently, they joined the National University Health System as an Assistant Director in PMO Lead, where they played a crucial role in Singapore's national transformation of healthcare through the NGEMR project. Currently, they are working at Eastspring Investments as an Assistant Director, leading the Infrastructure Engineering team at a regional level.

David Liau holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Newcastle.
