Gourav Lohani

Gourav Lohani has extensive work experience in the legal field. Gourav is currently working at Eastspring Investments as part of their legal team. Prior to this, they worked at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director from 2018 to 2022. Gourav was also a legal retainer at Credit Suisse in 2017, responsible for implementing margin rules on a one-year contract. From 2014 to 2016, Gourav was the Head of Derivatives Legal Negotiations Team at Société Générale. Before that, they worked at Deutsche Bank as an Associate, handling drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various agreements. Gourav started their career at NewLaw Solicitors in 2009 as a Litigator, specializing in civil cases under tort law. Gourav also worked as a Litigator at Helphire PLC and Temple Street Solicitors from 2008 to 2009.

Gourav Lohani obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Bristol in the year 2008. Prior to that, in 2006, they obtained a certification as an Advocate from the Bar Council of Delhi in India.
