Grace Tan

Grace Tan has a strong background in administrative and executive support roles. Grace began their career in 2003 at The Esplanade Co Ltd, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in Customer Services before transitioning to the role of Administrator in Venues & Events. In 2007, Grace joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Secretary to the Programme Director in Project Services. Grace then served as a Personal Assistant to various Chief Operating Officers in different departments, including Financial Markets, Origination and Client Coverage, and Corporate and Institutional Clients. In 2015, Grace joined Avaloq as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant for the Asia Pacific region. Grace is currently employed at Eastspring Investments as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.

Grace Tan started their education at The Thames Business School in 1996, where they obtained a London Chamber of Commerce & Industry certification in Marketing, Sales & Selling. In 2001, they attended The Financial Training Company (Singapore) and completed an Accounting Technician certification in the field of study of CAT. In 2006, they earned a Secretarial Diploma with Distinction from Informatics Academy. Finally, from 2008 to 2010, Grace Tan studied at University College Dublin, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree with Second Class Upper Honors in Information Management.
