Husain Zaman

Husain Zaman, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Husain is currently employed as a Fund Manager in Fixed Income at Eastspring Investments since February 2020.

Prior to this, Husain worked at AmInvestment Bank Berhad (Malaysia) from May 2012 to February 2020, where they held multiple positions. Husain started as a Fixed Income Analyst from May 2012 to December 2014 and then moved on to become an Assistant Fund Manager in Fixed Income from January 2015 to March 2016. Finally, they took on the role of Fund Manager in Fixed Income from March 2016 to February 2020. In this role, they managed both unit trust and separately managed fixed income funds, evaluated and recommended global fixed income securities, and assessed global macroeconomic fundamentals to develop investment allocation strategies.

Prior to their tenure at AmInvestment Bank Berhad, Husain worked at Differential Arts as a Managing Partner from September 2009 to June 2011. Husain also gained experience as a Market Analyst (Intern) at ICIS from May 2009 to August 2009.

Husain Zaman, CFA attended the National University of Singapore from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in May 2016 and the CMSRL certification from the Securities Commission Malaysia in June 2014.
