Jacqueline Cheng began their work experience as a Guest Relations Officer at Conrad Hong Kong from September 2010 to October 2011. Jacqueline then worked at Teledirect Pte Ltd, where they held various customer service and administrative roles from January 2012 to May 2015. Following that, they worked as an Executive Concierge at KINGSTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES PTE LTD from March 2016 to April 2018. Jacqueline then joined Kamerycah (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as a Marketing cum Administration Officer from April 2018 to February 2019. Jacqueline later worked as a Concierge Executive at Pontiac Land Group from March 2019 to April 2022.
