Phumkrit Sittiyot

Phumkrit Sittiyot has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2010 as a Software Programmer at KASIKORNBANK, where they provided system development and security services, as well as supported users and resolved issues.

In 2012, Phumkrit worked as a Project Office Coordinator at World Vision Foundation of Thailand, assisting in the design, planning, and coordination of events and projects. They also handled project management activities, composed project administration documents, timelines, and meeting notes.

From 2014 to 2015, Phumkrit served as an IT Executive at Phoenix Global DMCC, where they managed and supported users, monitored server and IT assets, coordinated with vendors for system integration and troubleshooting, and oversaw inventory and the IT department budget.

In 2016, Phumkrit joined Connell as an IT Executive, providing end-user hardware and software support and training. They also documented, analyzed, and tested information system applications, and coordinated with vendors for quotations.

From 2017 to 2019, Phumkrit worked at PouchNATION as an Operation and Office Manager. In this role, they oversaw office operations, human resources, and event planning functions. They implemented and maintained record-keeping systems and handled sourcing, training, and hiring of staff. Additionally, they prepared invoices, monitored expense approvals and bank balances.

From 2020 to 2022, Phumkrit held multiple roles at TMBAM Eastspring Thailand. They initially served as a Senior Operation and Software Tester before being promoted to Operations Manager and Software Tester. The roles involved overseeing operations and software testing, ensuring smooth functioning of processes.

Currently, as of 2022, Phumkrit is working at Eastspring Investments as an Operations Manager and Software Tester.

Phumkrit Sittiyot began their education in 2004 at Nan Technical College, where they obtained a Vocational Certificate of Business in Commerce (Marketing). Phumkrit also pursued a High Vocational Certificate of Business Administration with a focus on Business Computer (Program Developer) at the same institution, completing their studies in 2006. In 2006, Phumkrit went on to enroll in Lampang Rajabhat University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Administration (Business Computer) by 2009.

Afterward, in 2010, Phumkrit attended Theodor-Reuter-Berufskolleg Iserlohn, studying Information Technology and completing their education in this field in 2011.
