Catherine Zhou

Catherine Zhou is the Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer Banking and Digital Banking at East West Bank. Prior to joining East West Bank in 2017, Ms. Zhou was a senior partner at PwC and served as the Digital Advisory Services Leader with the firm’s financial services practice. Before PwC, Ms. Zhou was a partner at Ernst & Young and Accenture, where she was responsible for digital and customer experience transformation.

Ms. Zhou is the co-author of The Social Media Management Handbook.

Ms. Zhou received both Bachelor and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing, and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
