Joan O. has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Joan started working at HSBC in 2010 as a Recruitment Manager. After that, they moved to Bank of America in 2010 and worked as a Recruitment Manager until 2014. Joan then joined Deutsche Bank as an AVP Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Lead/ Recruitment Partner in 2014 and held that role until 2023. Currently, they are working at East West Banking Corporation as a Sourcing and Employer Branding Lead, starting in 2023.
