Ravi Rivera

Ravi Rivera is an experienced HR professional with over two decades in the industry, currently serving as the Team Head of Recruitment (Support Units) at East West Banking Corporation since August 2011. In this role, Ravi drives all recruitment efforts and processes, supervises the recruiting team, and implements effective sourcing strategies. Previous positions at East West Banking Corporation include HR Business Partner, Team Head of Employee Loans and Records, and Team Head of HRIS and Records Management. Prior to this, Ravi worked at Citi from December 1997 to July 2011, holding roles such as HR Generalist/Compensation Lead and Recovery Strategy Officer.
